We left the giants to build the opposite.
After nearly a decade working with some of the industry's largest consulting firms, Alec saw firsthand what clients value most: trust, consistency, and responsiveness. He recognized an opportunity to deliver those values through a more personal, client-focused approach and set out to build his own firm. Those principles continue to guide everything we do as we help our clients navigate complex insurance and risk-management decisions. We believe that the best outcomes are built on trusted relationships, informed decisions, and a commitment to serving our clients' best interests.
